(a) Admission to B.Ed. Programme
|
The admissions to the B.Ed. General programme are centralized and made by the University of Jammu. The process is strictly based on merit of the applicant determined by the university followed by counselling sessions taken by the university authorities.
The cut off percentage for B.Ed. General programme is 45% marks at the graduation level. However, for the students belonging to SC/ST/OBC category the cut off percentage is 40%.
Since the admissions to the
B.Ed. programme are centrally conducted by the University of Jammu, the advertisement and the promotion for admissions is also done by the university authorities. As of now, the University of Jammu through the Director Colleges Development Council (DCDC) gives wide publicity for admissions to approved programmes through:
♦ Publishing of Prospectus/ Handbook
♦ Advertisements in Local and National Newspapers
♦ Circulation of Information Brochures to prospective students
♦ Admission notifications posted on the website of University of Jammu

(b) Management Seats |
The college
has been authorized by the
University to fill some seats
under Management Quota. For
admission in these seats the
candidate has to apply directly
to the college.

♦ 10+2 Certificate & Mark sheet
♦ B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Mark sheet of Part 1st, 2nd, 3rd
♦ B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Degree / Provisional Degree (Original)
♦ M.A./M.Sc./M.Com Mark sheet (All Semesters)
♦ M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. Degree / Provisional Degree (Original)
♦ Migration Certificate (Original)
